GENERAL

By placing a wholesale order with us, you consent to the following terms and conditions:

Wholesale orders are open to retailers and online businesses worldwide. Products may not be (re)sold on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Facebook Buy groups, or any other channels.

WHOLESALE PRICING

All prices are listed in Euros; the exchange rate for a different currency will be assessed at the time of the order. Pricing stated in the product catalogue does not include shipping expenses, taxes or duty.

The suggested retail price (or «SRP») is the minimum price for which retailers are permitted to sell our products.

MINIMUM ORDER

Our minimum order requirement is €500.
Minimum of 6 per SKU for all items.

PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment:

• – Credit card;
• – Paypal;
• – Payment by bank transfer.

All orders must be paid-in-full before shipping unless previously agreed.

PROCESSING TIMES

Typically we ship orders within 3 business days and sometimes the same day. During a busy holiday season it may take up to 5-7 business days.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Shipping charges will be calculated separately and added to your wholesale order. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

We will not be responsible for the payment of any local customs levies, duties or taxes that may be associated with the delivery of wholesale orders to your country. Wholesale customers are solely responsible for any such costs.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by e-mail within 24 hours of your order being placed.
We may cancel all or part of any order. If we do so, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you about the cancellation but otherwise will not be liable as a result of the cancellation.

We will not accept unauthorised returns to any of our offices, or warehouses. Please contact us immediately if you would like to return any items. The only circumstances where we will permit a return are: manufacturer defects, damage in transport, or misdirected shipments due to wrongful address or duplications. All shipping charges associated with a return must be paid by the sender.

LIABILITY

We are not responsible in any way for delayed shipment, partial shipment, or non-shipment caused by any reason.

We cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of any breach of contract on your part for the sale of the Goods or these Terms & Conditions.
